Dear 8th Grade Parents, Guardians, & Caregivers,
The 8th Grade Team has planned our End-of-the-year Events. This year our students will be able to participate in the following activities:
- Busch Gardens- May 17th - 9:00am-6:00pm
- Swaders Sports Park - May 19th - 10:00am-2:00pm
- Moving on Ceremony Practice and 8th Grade Cookout - May 22nd - 9:00am-3:00pm
- Moving on Ceremony - May 23rd- 9:30am -11:30am
- 8th Grade Formal Dance (Theme: Red Carpet Affair) - May 23rd - 6:00pm-9:00pm
Please contact Mr. Gail (8th grade assistant principal), Mr. T. Carter (school counselor), and/or Mrs. K. Johnson (admin aide) if you have any questions and/or concerns.
Accreditation is a team effort! Lets focus on attendance, outreach, and strong interventions to ensure students success!
SOL Testing Highlights:
April 29-May15- Reading, Math, Science, and Civics tests.
May 9-May 16 - Make-Up Testing Days
