We have won two VDOE awards for Continuous Improvement in overall academic achievement and in student groups!

Black Women Education Leaders (BWEL) held their Fall Retreat October 4-October 6 in Richmond, Virginia at Martin Luther King Jr Middle School. As a part of their retreat, the members participated in a variety of events including a community service project held at Martin Luther King, Jr. Middle School. BWEL members collected hygiene products and snacks for students at MLK Middle School. To view the photo from this event, click here.
